My name is Coren Anderson. I have lived in Albuquerque for 39 years. My passion for running and fitness came from my decision to learn how to run at the age of 37, and after a few years of running I was mentoring new runners. I obtained my Fitness Certification through Central New Mexico Community College and am also a USATF Level I Coach. I love teaching circuit training as everyone can get a full body workout no matter what your level of fitness may be. I also love coaching walkers and runners, especially my beginners who have no idea the potential they have to accomplish new
goals. The happiness that comes from anyone I work with is such a great benefit to being a fitness instructor.
Hello everyone! My name is Nikki Cordova and I have been dancing for a little over 12 years now. I started dancing when I was 10 years old. Since then I have either danced or taught for a number of local dance studios and programs, including high school dance teams. I have also worked with and performed with a number of well-known dancers in the Albuquerque dance community. I dance because it is what makes me feel the most confident in myself. It is an escape and release and a beautiful form of expression. I teach because I want others to know what that feels like.
My class, XCITE, has one goal, to help you to feel the most confident you have ever felt. It is a stylized movement (choreography) class geared mostly toward females, however males are always welcome to take class. Anyone is welcome to join as it is an open class, all I ask is that you be 16+ years old. It is a chill class with great vibes and great people. It is sassy and fun and I can guarantee you will walk out feeling better than you did walking in! I hope to see you there!
